USER MANAGEMENT - CONNECTION REPORT

Hi there. New to the TV User Management. I have set up my users and connections with a Corporate Licence and have users connecting and using remote workstations. However, I do not understand why I am unable to see a connection report for some of the users? What setting am I missing? Thanks for your help.
