I upgraded my membership yesterday and it worked, logged in today and showing as free user
Cant create support ticket, HELP!
Thanks Esther, I believe there was and thats why we went ahead and tried to pay with credit card. That may not have been the right way to do it

Would you mind checking with your accounting whether there are outstanding invoices? This would explain why the new license is not working.
