I would call Teamviewer support appalling, if there was any support to judge.
I have bought and paid for the package but it will not allow me to use it.
I am not allowed to submit a ticket.
The only telephone number I am offered is long-distance (from UK to Germany).
I cannot email support.
(Somewhat ironic, considering Teamviewer is a COMMUNICATIONS Company, that it refuses to allow communication with it),
It truly is hopeless and completely unacceptable.
