Activation email not received.

Hi all,

I have created three personal accounts which will move to an existing corporate license. Two are working fine, but the third never received an activation email.

I tried recreating the third account with the same email address but that fails as the mail address is in use which would indicate that it is correct.

I need to ship this urgently as the project is to help the fight against Covid-19.

Any help greatfully recived.

    I have the same problem. I didn't receive an activation email and invoice after purchasing the Remote Access TMV. Could you help me with it?
