Unable to add a new email to the Whitelist in Teamviewer

I'm trying to add a second email to my Teamviewer Whitelist.

It keep addong a "." to the end of only email account that I submit. Then it tells me it is invalid.

The second account allows my to connect from my table

I'm running the latest version v15.4.4445 but this also occurred in v15.2

    Could you check firstly that you also added the account to your Computers and Contacts list? ?
