The entered license is invalid
I purchased a business license on Friday, April 24th. Our IT director received the activation email and attempted to activate it today, April 27th. He clicked the get started link, then signed into my account, but received the error that the entered license is invalid.
No one else could have used the link he received so the license was not already used as some posts are saying is the cause of this error. Please help

The Business license has been cancelled and a Corporate license has been purchased. You need to use the activation link of the Corporate license.
Please contact the person who administers the license to add you to the Corporate license. You will find all the information you need in our Knowledge Base article here: Add an existing account to a Corporate license within a company profile
