Licence deadline

Our licence expiring date is on April 4th 2021 (ref. to invoice n. R00188338).

Please note that we don't want our licence to be automatically renew; so our contract will expire on April 4th 2021 in any case.

    Please know the Community is a user-based community - as such, we are unable to assist with any licensing requests.

    As you can find in our TeamViewer Subscriptions article, all cancellations must be submitted through the ticket portal. You can find out how to submit a ticket here.

    Thanks for your answer, but it doesn't solve my problem.

    I'm trying to open a ticket, but, as you know for sure, "if the account is not linked to a valid TeamViewer license, the support porta will instead load the TeamViewer Commmunity"; so how can I link the license number to my account?
