I buy a remote access License with my Paypal account. I received an email for confirmation.
Since 2 hours, i don't receive License or anything. I tried to call a support but nothing.
Please, someone help me. It's urgent.
I called the technical service, the problem has just been resolved.
They sent me the activation email manually because the automatic sending had not been carried out

I received an email for "Activate Your TeamViewer Customer Portal", but still not receiving email to activate my license key.
Did you check your junk/SPAM folder?
