PaidLicense not registering on this website, so trying to move license over is not possible

PaidLicense not registering on this website, while within the app itself says paid until November. Therefore trying to move license over to the new computer is not possible. 

Also, i really wish this website had real ticket submission link instead this redirect link to the hive community. Why should I before forced to publicly display the particulars of my paid license.

    In order to submit a ticket, you need your TeamViewer account to be licensed. However, I can confirm that no license is activated on your TeamViewer account.
    This is why you have been redirected on our Community.

    Please activate your license once and the system will recognise your license and won't have any problem anymore.
