Remote Access Licence payed but not actived
Hello,
I payed a licence Remote access and received my Activate link.
I have activated it and create my profile.
But i am always on Free Licence !!!

I asked for help to activate my Remote licence but no way.

So I ask fo a REFUND of my money because it is the 7th day after purchase.

I confirm that you have created and validated your account.
However, you did not activate your Remote Access license on your TeamViewer account, yet.
Please follow the activation guide from the start again: How to activate your TeamViewer Remote Access license
After following each step, you will be able to use your Remote Access license. ?

Can I receive the email with the activation code again ? If I push the 'activate' button, it mentions 'invalid token'

Hello @DeValck,
It seems that you activated a company profile on your TeamViewer account (under User Management in your Management Console). This might prevent the correct activation of your license.
Could you please follow the procedure of this article and see if it works now?
