Licence doesn't activated after 2 weeks

Hello Support,

I made a Business subscription 2 weeks ago, went trough the activating process, all status green (subscription and invoice), but the client says it's a free acount.

I signed in with the business account, still says it's free.

Help me please!

    After the activation of the license, you should be able to see it. My recommendation is to give our service team a call to get this resolved quickly.
