unable to regsiter teamviewer corporate

hi could someone please assist, I have just just purchased Teamviewer corporate but i am unable to register it as I am stuck in a "Trusted Device Loop" 

I am unable to log in to complete the process as i do not recieve the Trusted Device email to allow the login process to complete

I am also unable to post on this forum using the account that i have purchased so i have had to register a personal email address to get this message up!

Currently the company i support has no remote IT support!

help...! :(
