We have recently ceased providing server services for several outdated software versions in various regions. Affected customers were informed beforehand.
The use of the affected versions remains possible in customers’ own environments (Local Area Networks and servers) in line with our terms and conditions.

I have a similar problem. Years ago I purchased TeamViewer 11 version which was permanent. I can no longer use my license today. how should i do I can't use Team Viewer to go from version 11 to version 11.

On March 18, 2021, I received a letter stating that the TeamViewer 10 license had been updated to TeamViewer 15 until December 31, 2025.
What's going on now? Did the company mix up the dates or forget what they promised?
Why did you change the license to Free?

Why was version 10 upgraded to version 15 for free, and version 11-12 was simply deleted? Requires to restore the license!

This is very unfair! And do you think that after these actions I will buy a new license from you? No! I'll move on to your competitor with the letter A. Why it was impossible to send people an offer, offer a year of preferential tariff, then activate the standard subscription. You're acting like children!

Very strange behavior of such a large company...🤨
First, the company TeamViewer offers and advertises the most expensive product as the best solution.We buy this product from them.
Then the company TeamViewer under the guise of EOL (End Of Life (this is about teamviewer 6-7-8-9-10)) asks to buy another product again.
Then the company TeamViewer reports that EOL products Teamviewer 11-12-13 are unknown and there is no planned termination of service.
And today we have a situation where the company TeamViewer, without notification, without remembering that once the client bought their most expensive product, which they wanted to sell him, simply deletes the license and does not offer anything in return.

We'd got the same with TV12 yesterday.
Customer support answer today us the common words
" Dear Customer, Thank you contacting us about your license. TeamViewer no longer provides server services for your software version. Thank you for your understanding."but I'm not understanding.
It looks like someone in TV screwed up and want to hide it and doesn't want publicity, ok we do it.

Which "unsupported software version" are you talking about? I use the newest Teamviewer 15 with my Teamviewer 9 Corporate license according to your policy, but now my license is unavailable in Management console.

in torrents you can find unlocked version of TV11 and it is working fine, I think that Teamviewer steal my license rights, how about move this topic to Reddit

But I use the newest 15 software version with my Teamviewer 9 Corporate license based on your EOL policy. And my license shoul work till 31 december 2024. Isn't it?

- I have not received any notifications about the termination of my TeamViewer Premium 10 license.
- Above in the correspondence, I mentioned a letter dated 2021, which said that my TiamViewer 10 license was updated to version 15 and will work until December 31, 2025.
- Now the Premium license is gone, instead the Free license is displayed. I was not ready for this, and you did not warn me about it. I thought there was still time. This is very ugly of you!
- Is it possible to somehow get a temporary license (Premium) for one month to complete the transition process to another software product?

I didn't receive any letters either, although look at the screenshot.
I don't have version 8 but 11 premium.
the topic is about version 11, but there is no response from anyone, we have not received any notifications!!! Give us time to transfer users to other products or provide us with discounts and benefits!
