My license disappeared too. How can I fix it?
My ticket number is [removed per Community Guidelines], but there is no answer and no email confirmation yet. Will you just ignore our problem? Where is my license??? Is it software error or your intentional action?

We demand the return of the license agreement between the user and the company for our versions 10-11-12-13!
I agree. How can you refuse your obligations in this time? Where is there even a warning? Why are you acting like children?
Why was version 10 upgraded to version 15 for free, and version 11-12 was simply deleted? Requires to restore the license!

We'd got the same with TV12 yesterday.
Customer support answer today us the common words " Dear Customer, Thank you contacting us about your license. TeamViewer no longer provides server services for your software version. The use of this version on your own servers and local area networks (LAN environments) is not affected in line with our terms and conditions. Thank you for your understanding."
but I'm not understanding.
It looks like someone in TV screwed up and want to hide it and doesn't want publicity, ok we do it.
Which "unsupported software version" are you talking about? I use the newest Teamviewer 15 with my Teamviewer 9 Corporate license according to your policy, but now my license is unavailable in Management console.
But I use the newest 15 software version with my Teamviewer 9 Corporate license based on your EOL policy. And my license shoul work till 31 december 2024. Isn't it?
Should I open new thread to get official answer? And still no response to my ticket.

Why do you break your obligations? My TeamViewer 12 Business license has also disappeared. Urgently give an explanation to your customers and return the purchased licenses to us.

On September 3, they turned the calendar upside down like Shufutinsky and disabled Premium licenses without notice, scum, we need to go to court and sue them for all costs and restore licenses for everyone!!!

Somehow there aren't enough people who had their licenses taken away?
bought a perpetual licence. Now I cannot connect to my devices with teamviewer 13. The licence is gone, I can't even create a support ticket.
Get our licenses back in there
Give us back our licenses 11-12-13, we can't work with clients because of Free licenses, we can't work locally either, it says we don't have licenses.
