on T-mobile in NYC, connection not working over cellular data (tried 4g & LTE) - only working over wifi - problem started a few days ago

Could you provide us with more information? A traceroute or telnet information would be good: For mobile devices there are several apps like: on iOS for telnet = telnet lite, iTerminal or for traceroute / mtr = Nice trace or HE network tools
This thread might help you if you need more information.
