'alt' key not working from Android to Win.10 PC

Hi, starting from last week 'alt' key from android is not working on my win.10 PC
However, 'alt' key from Win.10 PC to Win.10 PC works fine.

I wonder if this is a bug within Android TeamViewer?

    Many users are facing this type of issues and there is no reasonable solution to this question?

    Open Settings and click on Update and Restart.

    Both my android and win.10 teamviewer are up to date. I don't think update is the solution. Any other suggestions?
