I was forced to upgrade to Windows 10 and, running under a paid license of TeamViewer 15.1, I no longer have any access to the dropdown toolbar. What to do?

Of which dropdown toolbar are you talking about? Could you make a screenshot to make it more explicit?
Moreover, do you have the latest version of 15.1?
If not, please update your TeamViewer to the latest version: Download TeamViewer 15.1.3937
