License is still FREE after the activation link pressed

Hi,

The business license shows as a free license but the activation link was clicked and I got something like "your subscription is successfully activated".

    TeamViewer system shows your order is in the process and activation email hasn't been sent yet. If you did receive the email you mentioned, please call our support team to check your order status and get assistance further.
