Online purchase of license but failed with error.

I recently attempted to purchase a license online, I was at the last stage which is the payment but after clicking confirm I got an error message that my session timeout and that I have to start again. I waited a few minutes if confirmation emails comes but nothing arrives. My credit card was billed though. I don't want to repeat it for now until it is sorted out.

Thank you very much. I received two emails just now. First the invoice then the getting started. Appreciate your help regarding this matter.
I activated as well one of the host and it works OK. Cheers!!!
