Remote Printing not working after upgrading remote machine to Windows 10

Using v15.7.6 of Teamviewer, customer was previously accessing a Windows 7 PC via Remote from a Mac running MacOS 10.15.6 (Catalina).  On the weekend they upgraded the Windows 7 PC to Windows 10 and remote printing no longer works.

Is there a way to remove the remote printing function, then re-enable it in Teamviewer?  Want to go through setup again to re-install drivers but there seems to be no way to resolve.
