We have 2 remote servers that have identical server IDs. And it is always pinting to server 1 and to access server 2, we need to stop teamviewer in server 1 and click on server 2 for it to be accessible. We already tried to re-install both after uninstalling and restarting the servers. Both servers are Win server 2008 R2. Teamviewer version used for both are version 15.8.3.
Please advise what else we can do for server IDs to reset.

Is the Server 2 and image of Server 1?
Is it possible that TeamViewer was installed on Server 1 when the image has been created?
In any case: I recommend contacting our Support team quickly. I am sure they will be able to help you get a unique ID for both.
