Connection Issue

Has been working fine for the last week or so that Have been using the free version. Today tried to access other computer without success. I either get a message that I have attempted to connect to often so will have to wait a while & try again (have not been able to access other computer at all today). Have received message that there was an issue with the router but both computers can separately access the internet without issue. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!
