Hello! I was following the commercial use process, and something seems to be wrong with your pardoning email system. I've getting a duplicate message every thirty minutes since I filled out the form. (I did respond tto the first one with my completed form, by the way).
Can we make it stop? :)
I have exactly the same issue here. The commercial use detected warning and having to fill the form in was irritating enough, but getting mailbombed into the bargain is maddening.
I am very sorry for the pardoning spam you experienced.
There was a hiccup in the system and the team is working on a fix!

P.S. @Esther I did respond with a form to the first one. Do you think that will work or do we need to do something else?
