I would like to add SSO for our company but I can't see the menu "Identity Provider Connection" in the management console. Do I have to use TeamViewer Tensor to use this feature?

Yes, the SSO function is exclusively for TeamViewer Tensor license holders.

Hey,
an upgrade to Tensor would mean for our company would increase 3x the TV license costs although we only want to get SSO that is really ridiculous and overpriced if you don't have the need of the other features.
