The new interface is so frustrating. The old one worked perfectly. Now I can't get the new one or the old one to work at all. Even the webpage, FAQs are extremely dense and impossible to get through. Used to absolutely love team view. Now it's extremely frustrating.

When i remote connect, the screen pops up and then an error message stating "the screen cannot be captures at the moment. This is probably sue to fast user switching or a disconnected/minimized remote desktop sessions"
