not connecting

Since yesterday I can't connect my other computer. It shows it's ready to connect (the green circle) and when I try it starts with the orange circle, but it goes back to the green, as if I have cancelled. I've tryed to reinstal the program, however the problem is still happening.

In this case, restarting TeamViewer on both devices solves in most of the cases the issue.
