I'm sorry to hear that your teamviewer isn't working. This must have to do something with your current version (if not updated) or some problem with the compatibility with your operating system. Either ways, please provide more information so we can help each other and make this community as open as possible. I've also faced similar problems in the past with my teamviewer when I was working on an online shop, many times the teamviewer wouldn't open. But after updating it and trying out the different compatilitiy from the properties menu, it did work.
