Connection Problem

 I am traveling. I work exclusively in a home office. My home office computer has the free version installed — but today I just upgraded to TeamViewer Remote Access 3 devices. I need to access the home office computer but connection is not being established. Again: I am not there; I am on the road. How can I get the home office computer to connect using my new license?

Thank you for your message and welcome to the TeamViewer Community! 🙌

For setting up your new Remote Access license, you need setup a permanent password on the remote computers. This action requires to be in front of the remote computer. You will eed to ask someone to do it for you, if you are not there (travelling).

Once you will have fully completetd the activation, you will be able to connect to your computers from anywhere at anytime.
