When I try to login from my teamviewer client, nothing happens when I try to connect. I have to login to the teamviewer website and connect from there. Once I do that, the client login from my pc successfully connects. Anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions?

Gents -- Is there a way to configure a target system so that it can be accessed from multiple TV accounts? I am customer that has multiple support organziations engaged. Hi, I try to connect my computer via ipad. But there is a problem as you see at picture. (The bottom of the screen is black) Normally, (tw version 11) it didnt happen. My suggestion is: Please make it full screen while using on ipad. Thank you!
