The app update is still not available in the Vuxiz App store? There was also problems with last update where the app also disappeared. Can you please help? We need the app installed on some new glasses to support our customers. Thanks. Best regards Torben Tanggaard

I order additional license for teamviewer pilot. then i received activation link...then i click the link i enter my login name and password then i click activation button...then show this "The entered license is invalid" below the print scren. Thank you.
The app on the Vuzix Blade AR glass seems to only give out an ID. I can use that ID to connect with another device, however that is not my goal. I want to use another device's ID on the Vuzix Blade. How do I do this?
Hi, i'm having a 5 user Pilot license. On the Teamviewer portal, I can add five users to this license. But then i cannot delete any user from this license... Anyone out there having the same issue?
hello, I have a corporate license of teamviewer, aside of my account there is a + pilot. Actually I have tried pilot but I do not want to have additional fees to pay. is there a way to remove the + pilot on my account? or will it disappear after the 14 day trial? thanks in advance Mauro
I useĀ Moverio BT350 and it works grait (except for the update-message of the App you have to cancel each time you start the app)(guess that is a bug that will be fixed) But i can't find the Optical Character Recognation that is announced as a part of this. Could you please explain where /how to start that?

How to transfer a named license to another collegue when someone decides to leave the service team?
