I am a complete newbie to Team Viewer, and have been trying to add a remote computer. I get the message: "We are currently loading all your custom modules. This process may require a few seconds to complete." which has now been displayed for over 40 minutes. How can I move on from here?
I use the Free version and all was great. I connected to 2 screens, then 1 froze. When I restarted program, it shows the remote screen outline and then program crashes. The log file shows the above error.
