We use drag and drop, sometimes it will generate this icon on the screen. The icon will not go away even after closing entire TeamViewer app or manually closing explorer.exe. How do i get rid of this icon without rebooting my system?

How do I turn off resolution changing for the remote and make it STICK? This is starting to really **bleep** me off. Running MacOS Catalina, When I start a TeamViewer session the session is scaled and missing some of the screen. I have to change View- to original then back to Scaled for it to fix. I've tried scaling my mac display to a different resolution display but it still does the same thing. Any ideas/fixes?
