Hi, When i access remote computer i am unable to see both monitors in tabs. I have selected the option show multiple monitors on tabs, still it is not showing. Also there is no automatic switch of screen when there is a prompt for admin credentials or an applications window open on another instance. How to solve this issue?
I can create and run remote sessions from the web as shown here (https://community.teamviewer.com/English/kb/teamviewer-tensor) but there does not seem to be an option to do this from the desktop app. Very frustrating as customers often ask for a session link but i don't want to use the web interface.

Recently been deploying and managing through device groups instead of bookmarks. The setting to hide offline devices in a separate group doesnt seem to work for device groups. Is there a way to hide offline devices that are apart of a device group in the full client version?
In Teamviewer some of the computers listed as gray (like offline) are still online and can be accessed normally. Client computers rebooted, no change. Any ideas why?
