No teamviewer ID after reboot

Hi everyone,
We have in our company a rugged toshiba. It has 2 internal network cards and one wifi.
In the past everything worked smoothly, but 2 weeks ago we found out we didn't receive any ID (so we could not connect remotely anymore).
Tried everything, uninstalled and installed latest version again.
Tried with version 14 and 13.
Same strange thing: it gets an ID when you installed version and once you reboot, it stays empty (green dot - connected and correctly connect to internet).
Anyone has got an idea how to resolve this?

Still same issue, it started a few weeks back..so nothing to do with your outage..
