Dear all,
we have bought a license, and received an activation link, but when we click on link and log to portal via email (which was used for license ordering), we receive an error "The entered license is invalid".
We contacted TV, and got link which we need to use to submit a ticked https://www.teamviewer.com/en/support/#submitTicket but this link is for this forum, and not technical support...or TV does support via this forum only?
We have followed this info https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Knowledge-Base-EN/How-to-activate-your-license/ta-p/4326 but still cannot activate license.
Any idea how to activate paid license?
