Need support for TeameViewer Accessto the Teamviewer Server Has Been Denied error

hi, all
I log into TeamViewer and get the message Accessto the Teamviewer Server Has Been Denied, I cannot log into the application. Even though it was removed and reinstalled, it still didn't work.
