There can be 2 possible reasons why your account is still showing as a free account:
- Your license is not activated on your TeamViewer account
- You are not logged in with your licensed account. Maybe you are connected with a different account that has no license activated?
Did you follow these steps for How to activate your TeamViewer License ? after the activation please login in the TeamViewer app:

Hi Karla I followed the activitation instructions and only have an account under 1 email address? I tried to ring but they wouldn't help me and told me i had to get online support?
