Account paid showing as free

I have paid & activated my account but it is showing as free? Please help

    Thank you for your message and Welcome to the TeamViewer Community!?

    There can be 2 possible reasons why your account is still showing as a free account:

    1. Your license is not activated on your TeamViewer account
    2. You are not logged in with your licensed account. Maybe you are connected with a different account that has no license activated?

    Did you follow these steps for  How to activate your TeamViewer Licenseafter the activation please login in the TeamViewer app:How to log in.gif

  • Hi Karla I followed the activitation instructions and only have an account under 1 email address? I tried to ring but they wouldn't help me and told me i had to get online support?
