Endpoint Protection: Definitions out of date error ?

Hello I am getting a error with a yellow ! sign on a ton of my users machines that says "Definitions out of date". Endpoint protection is deployed on their machines properly. I am having a hard time understanding why it is like this on some of my users and not on the others. I thought endpoint run's along side Win
