Device has been locked

I rely heavily on TeamViewer for supporting friends, family, and community members (all for free).  I do work as a tech support specialist and have had to test login credentials from a non-work computer so I've had to use my personal device on occasion.  I am now getting an alert that my personal device is locked because it is associated with an account that has an overdue invoice and cannot connect to any devices using TV.  How do I clear this, please?Capture.JPG

    Thank you for your feedback and your post ?

    This message indicates that:

    • you have an overdue invoice on your TeamViewer account; or
    • your device was recently used to establish a TeamViewer connection using an account with an overdue invoice.

    If you don't have a license, it's most likely that your device was recently used to start a connection using a TeamViewer account that has a license with an overdue invoice.

    Please contact the person who owns the account that was used on your device, and ask them to pay the overdue invoice so you can use TeamViewer on your device again.

    Locking a device if it was used with an account/licence that didn’t get renewed (not overdue as the company went into administration and we all got sacked in my case) but a new valid licence is purchased and can’t be used on the same device is ridiculous.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    What is TV trying to achieve? Send customers to a better product?

    For a company that sells a support product… you have no support for your own customers… logged a call and no response the standard response…
