I have not received the invoice and license key

I made a purchase on TeamViewer Remote Access Base: 3 devices and I did not receive the invoice and the license to the e-mail address.
All I got was an email confirming the purchase and telling me that the license would come within minutes. Order number: # 312E**Please do not post TeamViewer IDs**
I am asking for an intervention.
