Active unused service + threat from Creditreform

Hello,

Why is the account [The personal info has been removed as per the community guidelines.] still active even if in September I was informed that "*Due to nonpayment, your TeamViewer account will be suspended.*" ?

Why I got a debt collection email two days ago for [The price has been removed as per the community guidelines.], on a service I haven't used at all - especially considering that I was notified in September that the account will be suspended DUE TOT NONPAYMENT?

When I try opening a request via the ticket system, I am redirected to community.teamviewer.com - thereby, I have no means on doing this.

Please cancel [The personal info has been removed as per the community guidelines.] immediately.

Also, there's no answer on these questions yet:

Hi @andreibkn,

I understand your anger and frustration - however, we - in the community - do not have the ability to assist in such matters.

Therefore, I have to kindly ask you to contact the Creditreform for further discussion as TeamViewer support team also are not able to assist you once you get the letter from the Creditreform. You need to contact the Creditreform at this stage.

Please note that not paying does not mean you have cancelled your subscription license.

CANCEL THAT SERVICE / ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY

Thank you for your post.

We are unable to affect or provide direct support in cancellation or licensing issues here in the community, for security purposes. Cancellation requests must be received in written form, which is easiest via the ticket system.

Regarding TeamViewer subscriptions, the license does renew unless canceled prior, as stated on the bottom of the original invoice.

At this stage, I kindly ask you to contact the Creditreform for further discussion. They will give you a possible solution.
