I am having a tough time dealing with cancellation of my subscription, there is no proper documentation of how to cancel the subscription and the knowledge base article is **bleep** as well as it doesn't really shows the link.
I had taken a year long subscription and stopped using it after almost 3-4 months. I tried to cancel but couldn't get enough information after looking for hours , in the end i decided to delete my account on team viewer hoping that it will automatically end the subscription .. **bleep** no , they are such a great company which ask for subscription fee even after the account has been deleted.
So had to recreate account again and trying to cancel but again .. this is just a nightmare. The cancellation process must be made simple. It is horrible at the minute
