i purchased a comercial license and i cant get it to work

I cannot confirm that you have activated your license into your account. Please follow the instruction and let me know if you receive any error messages.
If you have a Business, Premium, or Corporate license:

Have the same problem. purchased the commercial license but when logging back in and including the desktop app, my license still stays as Free.

I can see that you have activated your license into the account already. You need to be signed in to your TeamViewer Account to have licensed connections. If you are not connected, you will be running with the free version.
