changing from free to comercial

Hi

i cant log in with the new commercial licence. i upgraded and it always comes up FREE even when i log out and back in. also uninstalled the programme and re downloaded but still opens in free mode. please help

Did you already follow the steps to activate your license?

• remote access
• Business
• Premium or corporate
