Hi Team,

Hope you are all well.

May I confirm if I am logging into the Customer portal properly?

I could not find our order history on the portal.

Is it because our login has just been created this year?

How do I access our subscription details on the portal?

I still have trouble finding the subscription details.

We have a TeamViewer Business Subscription that will be renewed on 20/07/2022.

We bought the subscription before the customer portal was created. We have not bought anything since the portal has been created.

Are we supposed to be able to see our subscription details on the portal that we bought in the past?

Or are we only be able to see the subscription details after the renewal is completed?
