Moving computers betwen 2 different accounts

Hi,

I have a question about that.

We have a 2 different account with corporate license:

Account A with over 500 computer in 1 group
Account B without them

We need to transfer computer list list from Account A to B.

I was able to export list via API from Account A, but how to import it to account B ?

Both accounts have different licences

To do you, you can share the group with Full control from group A with group B.

We explain how to share groups here: Share groups

Make sure you share with Full control, so account B has all the permission over the computer list.

Yes I try this.

I can't add user userA1 which is binded to AccountB and his license to AccountA to share computer list because I got error about: That user is already binded to other license.

The option you provide only work if accounts have attached the same license.

You must ensure Account B is added as a contact in Account A.

You can learn how to add a contact here: Add a computer to your Computers & Contacts list

If this is the case, you can share the group with Full control as described above.

This is unrelated to licensing.
