black screen on mobile on outlook app

The support link does not work support.teamviewer.com/en/support/home it redirect to teamviewer.com

also, when starting mail configuration on outlook the screen goes black and its impossible to configure a mail ...

any one know how to send a ticket or fix this bug ?
