Team viewer probleem

I used team viewer to help the tablets users.

recently I noticed that I can’t take control completely on the tablets.

I can see the screen of the tablets but I can’t do any thing on the tablets.

Please note that not all manufacturers for mobile allow the feature of remote control.

iOS devices for example only allow screen share.

You can find a list of all supported manufacturers for Android here.

💡Hint: If the device is not on the supported manufacturer list, and if it's an Android, you can attempt to install our Universal Add-On.

thank you for your reaction.

I used Android tablets Panasonic Tough book . FZA2/FZA3. Android 9 and 11.

Teamviewer worked perfectly until a few weeks ago.

I have Added the universal add-ons but did’t helpt.

Have you tried to uninstall and install TeamViewer?

Also, is the local device a Panasonic tablet too, or are you using a different OS?
