Can a SmartWatch be Controlled by QuickSupport?

There's a video showing Teamview QuickSupport getting installed on a smartwatch, so the smartwatch can control another device.

But how about the other direction? Can i remote control a  Wear OS smartwatch using my android phone or windows computer?
