Need to disable 2FA on our account as the registered email for Google Authenticator has been disable

The registered email for Google Authenticator has been disabled by our parent company but all of my 2FA codes were stored against that account, not our new one. How do I reset 2FA without codes or 2FA password.

I can still log into the account. Just can't action the removal of 2FA.

2FA can be disabled in the TeamViewer Management Console as one of the options. However, depending on the TeamViewer license you are having for now, the steps can start from easy to more complicated. Feel free to check out the following Knowledge Articles:

• For free users, Remote Access and Business license owners - Deactivate Two-Factor Authentication. The Premium, Corporate and Tensor license users can also follow the instructions if permission is available.
• For Premium, Corporate and Tensor license admins - Disable Two-Factor Authentication enforcement from company members. Please ensure that the Company admins perform the 2FA changes on the TeamViewer Management Console.

Lastly, we also suggest contacting the TeamViewer Support Team for a detailed discussion as they are able to help directly during the call or via the support ticket.
